These Terms and Conditions ("Term"), including any revised terms that we may post from intermittently, state the terms and conditions under which we provide you with various services on the www.halalabroad.com website (the "Site"), owned and operated by Halal Abroad Private Ltd. These Terms (which also incorporate our Privacy Policy) are a legally binding agreement between you and Halal Abroad and govern your use of this Site as well as all Accommodation, Transportation, Packages, Services and Activities included described on our Site ("Services"). BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, AND/OR USING OUR SITE AND/OR SERVICES ON THE WEBSITE AND/OR BY MAKING A CONFIRMED RESERVATION ON OUR SITE, YOU ARE DEEMED TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND BY ALL TERMS, POLICIES AND GUIDELINES INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE, WHILST USING OUR SITE, SERVICES AND DURING YOUR STAY. We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions intermittently at our sole discretion. Each alterations to these Terms, a revised set of Terms will be updated on the reservation page for Halal Abroad. Please check them regularly and take notice of any alterations. Your continued use of our Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of any such changes. These Terms and Conditions apply to Accommodation, Transportation, Packages, Services and Activities described on our Site. By making a reservation described on our Site, you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions as applicable to that package.

As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant to Halal Abroad that you will not use this Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, Conditions, and Notices. Although Halal Abroad may in phases monitor or review Discussions, Chats, Postings, Transmissions, Bulletin boards, we are under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations nor for any Error, Defamation, Libel, Slander, Omission, Falsehood, Obscenity, Pornography, Profanity, Danger, or Inaccuracy contained in any information within such locations on the Website. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any Unlawful, Threatening, Libelous, Defamatory, Obscene, Scandalous, Inflammatory, Pornographic, or Profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.

Each package booked through Halal Abroad, is subject to a Cancellation Policy. Failure to check-in on the reserved arrival date will incur a penalty charge as detailed in the Cancellation Policy of the package booked.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. We reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings if they do not adhere to our Terms & Conditions.

If a guest chooses to shorten their stay or check out early, a penalty charge will apply as detailed in the Cancellation Policy associated with the package booked.

Notwithstanding, anything contained in these Terms & Conditions to the contrary, Halal Abroad shall not be responsible for indirect damage, damage arising from consequential damage or special circumstances, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, arisen out of the performance or nonperformance of obligations under this Terms & Conditions.


We require your personal information when checking for availability by filling out the Contact Us form. When visiting our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and eventually your credit card information should you decide to proceed with the booking.


Any of the information we request from you may be used in one of the following ways:

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only accessible to those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (Credit Card number, Passport number, Financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
