payment policy

  1. For guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, we will allow full changes or cancellation or refund option done at least 14 days prior to arrival
  2. For guests making new reservations for any future arrival date, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival date.* Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

Important Information:

  • Some exclusions may apply. May exclude periods with special event restrictions or peak demand weeks.
  • Refunds may take up to 90 days from the date of cancellation to be processed.


We understand the highly fluid situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on your planned travel to the Maldives. Flexible options will be provided to everyone booked with us.

  1. Convert the amount you paid for your booking into a credit that can be used for future travels.
  2. Change your travel dates without additional charges to any dates on or before October 31, 2020
  3. Keep your deposit to avoid any charges that may be incurred and use it for future travel as a credit.
  4. Request for a refund for the payment made. Corresponding bank transfer charges will be applied.
